# Can’t View Couples’ Email Addresses
If you are unable to see a couple's email address in Bridebook, don't worry - this is expected on certain subscription plans.
Access to couples' email addresses is available exclusively on our **VenuePro Classic, Expert, and Platinum** plans. If you're on a different plan, you'll still be able to communicate with couples through Bridebook's built-in messaging system.

***Please Note:** For safety and privacy reasons, email addresses cannot be shared through Couples Manager. Any email address sent in a message will automatically appear as **"Hidden Information"**.*
