If you are unable to see a couple's email address in Bridebook, don't worry - this is expected on certain subscription plans.

Access to couples' email addresses is available exclusively on our VenuePro Classic, Expert, and Platinum plans. If you're on a different plan, you'll still be able to communicate with couples through Bridebook's built-in messaging system.
