# Downgrade My VenuePro Membership
We understand that business needs change. Before requesting a downgrade, take a moment to explore the value included in your current subscription and understand the next steps.

VenuePro Classic, Expert and Platinum members typically receive **10x more exposure and return on investment** than lower profile tiers.
Before downgrading, speak to your Account Manager to understand the impact on your visibility and the features you'll lose. They can also provide insights tailored to your country and local area.

### Before You Downgrade
To request a downgrade, you'll first need to speak with your dedicated Account Manager. They can answer any questions, explain your options, and help you make the best decision for your business.
> ⚠️ **Please note:** You must request your downgrade **at least 20 working days before your next renewal date**. Requests made after this point cannot be processed until your following renewal period, in line with your contractual terms.
