Before You Downgrade 

To request a downgrade, you'll first need to speak with your dedicated Account Manager. They can answer any questions, explain your options, and help you make the best decision for your business. 

⚠️ Please note: You must request your downgrade at least 20 working days before your next renewal date. Requests made after this point cannot be processed until your following renewal period, in line with your contractual terms.
