Enquiry showing as “Booked”

If you notice that a couple has marked your venue as "booked" on Bridebook, it doesn't always mean they've officially confirmed a booking with you.

On the couple's side of Bridebook, they can update their wedding planning checklist and venue status. As the available options sit close together, it's possible that a venue may be marked as booked by mistake.

If you're unsure whether the booking status is accurate, the best thing to do is reach out to the couple through Couples Manager to confirm. This allows you to clarify their plans directly and avoid any assumptions.

In many cases, the couple may simply update the status themselves once they realise the error. However, a quick message is often the fastest way to get confirmation and ensure your records are accurate.
