# Find My Profile in Search
#### Check the basics! 📋
Before diving deeper, make sure you are in the **correct region** and double‑check that your **business address** is accurate on your Bridebook Business account.
You can find and update this under **‘[Your Profile](https://business.bridebook.com/profile/overview)’** in your Business dashboard.
#### Logged‑in vs. logged‑out views 💻
Depending on whether you’re viewing Bridebook profile from a **logged out couple-side** account or a **logged‑in couple-side account**, the search results and profile visibility may look slightly different. This is completely normal - each view is tailored to the user type and may prioritise different content.
If you’re unsure whether what you’re seeing is correct, or if something doesn’t look quite right, we’re always happy to take a look for you.
#### Still can’t find your profile? 👀
If you’ve checked your region and address and your venue still isn’t appearing, head over to the [**Help &** **Support**](https://business.bridebook.com/support/feature-tutorials) tab and send us a quick message.
Please include the **name of your business**, and one of our team members will investigate and help you get it sorted. 🔍
