⏳ Brochure expiration dates

Brochures can now include expiration dates - especially useful for pricing brochures with seasonal or time-sensitive pricing.

Only active brochures are sent to couples automatically.

🔔 Expiry reminder notifications

Venues will receive an automatic email notification one month before a brochure expires, helping ensure pricing and information stay current.

Important Notes ⚠️

  • Automated welcome messages do not contribute towards response score
  • Venues still need to follow up personally to maintain response performance
  • Sending a welcome message does not mark a lead as read or replied
