# No Sign Up Verification Link Received
If you haven't received your verification link from us, there are a few common reasons this might happen:
- The email address entered may contain a typo.
- The email may have been filtered into your junk, spam or promotional folder.
- Your email provider or organisation may have strict security settings or firewall rules in place that prevent certain emails from being delivered.
##### ✅ Things to Check
We recommend:
- Checking your spam, junk or promotional folder.
- Adding our email address to your safe sender list or allowlist.
- Confirming that the email address on your account is correct.
If you're using a work email address, your company's IT systems may be blocking our emails before they reach your inbox. In some cases, emails are rejected by company firewalls or security filters before they reach your mailbox. If this applies to you, you may need to ask your IT team to allow emails from our domain.
