Report a Review
At Bridebook, we believe that all couple feedback is valuable and valid. Not every couple's experience will result in a 5-star review, and we recognise that honest feedback - both positive and constructive - helps couples make informed decisions and supports venues in continuously improving their service.
When a venue receives a review they disagree with, we encourage them to first contact the couple directly and attempt to resolve any concerns in a constructive and professional manner. Open communication often helps both parties better understand each other's perspectives and can lead to a positive resolution.
Responding to Reviews
How you respond to feedback matters. A professional, respectful response shows future couples that you take feedback seriously and are committed to delivering a great experience.
Venues on our Venue Pro Classic tier and above can publicly respond to reviews and share their perspective. We encourage all responses to remain professional, constructive, and solution-focused to help build trust with prospective couples.

Our Review Moderation Policy
Our stance is that we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative or critical. Reviews will only be considered for removal if they breach our Review Guidelines or Terms of Use. We apply these guidelines consistently and investigate reports on a case-by-case basis.

The following types of reviews may be reviewed further by our team:
🚫 Hate Speech, Offensive Content, or Inappropriate Images
Reviews containing racism, sexism, homophobia, discriminatory language, hate speech, offensive remarks, or images that are explicit or otherwise inappropriate for the platform.
⚠️ Threatening or Harassing Content
Reviews containing threats, intimidation, bullying, harassment, or targeted abuse towards individuals or businesses. Please note that a review describing a negative interaction or poor experience does not automatically constitute harassment.
⚖️ Reviews Subject to Legal Orders
Reviews connected to legal proceedings where there is a court order, legal judgment, or formal agreement requiring the review's removal following the conclusion of legal action.
🔍 Fake, Fraudulent, or Spam Reviews
Reviews that can be demonstrated to be fraudulent, duplicate submissions, clearly intended as spam, or reviews left for the wrong venue, supported by appropriate evidence.
