The estimate uses pricing information supplied by the venue, including its packages, venue hire fees and per-person costs. Where available, you can enter details such as your preferred month, day of the week and number of guests to receive a more relevant estimate.


Is the estimated price a final quote?

No. The price shown on Bridebook is an estimate designed to help you compare venues and decide whether they may suit your budget.
Your final price will depend on the venue’s availability, your confirmed wedding date, guest numbers, selected package and any additional services you choose. Always contact the venue directly for an accurate, personalised quote before making a booking.

What may be included in the estimate?

Depending on the pricing information provided by the venue, your estimate may include:
  • Venue hire
  • Wedding packages
  • Per-person food and drink costs
  • Required package selections
  • Seasonal or day-of-the-week pricing
  • Fixed costs associated with your selected package
Some venues offer different prices for different years. Where this applies, you may see separate pricing options for each year.
