Our platform simplifies the management of your favourite venues and suppliers, helping you stay organised throughout your wedding planning journey.

💙 Favouriting Suppliers & Venues

The 'Favourites' feature automatically organises your preferred venues and suppliers by country under their respective tabs, making it easy to compare options across multiple locations.

Adding a venue or supplier to your favourites is simple – just click the heart icon on their page. If you ever want to remove them from your favourites, simply click the heart icon again. You can access your curated collection at any time by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner of the website.

Favourite Limit: 80 Suppliers

To keep things manageable, we've set a limit of 80 favourited suppliers per wedding. This limit is shared across all users attached to the same wedding and applies across all supplier categories combined.

For example, if you favourite 10 venues and 10 photographers, this will use 20 of your 80 available favourites.

What happens if I reach the favourite limit?

Once you reach 80 favourites, you won't be able to add any more suppliers until you remove some existing favourites. To make room for new options, simply unfavourite suppliers that are no longer relevant to your plans.

💌 Enquiring with Suppliers

Bridebook also has enquiry limits to help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Enquiry Limit: 60 Suppliers Per Category

Enquiry limits are shared across all users attached to the same wedding and are not applied per individual user.

You can send enquiries to up to 60 suppliers within each supplier category. For example, you can enquire with up to 60 venues and up to 60 photographers separately.

If you reach the enquiry limit in one supplier category, you'll still be able to send enquiries to suppliers in other categories.

What happens if I reach the enquiry limit?

Unfortunately, enquiries cannot be undone, so capacity cannot be increased in this area. However, you can still favourite and contact suppliers directly using the contact information provided.
