 How to Request a Venue Viewing on Bridebook

Visiting a wedding venue in person is one of the most exciting parts of planning your big day. We’ve made it easier than ever to arrange venue visits so you can explore your favourite places and find “the one” 💍

You can request a venue viewing in just a few simple ways:

  • On a venue profile – Every venue listing has a Visit Venue section where you can request a private tour or sign up for open days and wedding fairs.
  • From your saved venues – Already added a venue to your favourites? You can request a viewing directly from your saved list.
  • From the photo gallery – Fallen in love with a venue through a photo? You can arrange a visit straight from the gallery too.

No matter where you are on Bridebook, you’ll always see the option to Book a Viewing or Visit the Venue.

 Complete your couple profile first 📝

Before you can send a viewing request, you’ll need to complete your Bridebook couple profile. This helps venues get to know you and understand what you’re looking for.

Make sure you’ve added:

  • Your names
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Your ideal wedding date
  • Estimated guest numbers

If any information is missing, it will appear in orange and you won’t be able to send your request.

 Tell the venue what you'd like to know 💌

When requesting a viewing, you can choose what information you’d like the venue to share with you by ticking the boxes most relevant to your plans:

  • General information
  • Pricing and packages
  • Wedding date availability
  • Viewing availability
  • Other – add a personalised message to make your request more personal

 What happens next?

Once you send your request:

  • The venue receives it instantly
  • They’ll contact you to confirm a suitable time and provide the information you requested
  • Then you’ll be ready to explore the venue and imagine your wedding day there! 🥂

🎉There’s no limit to how many venues you can contact. Feel free to request viewings at as many venues as you like until you find the perfect fit.
