How do I request a viewing on Bridebook?
Seeing a wedding venue in person is one of the most exciting steps in planning your big day. We’ve made it easier than ever to arrange a visit so you can explore your favourite venues and find "the one" 💍
You can now request a venue visit in a few simple ways:
-
On a venue’s profile – Each venue page has a Visit Venue section where you can request a private tour or sign up for open days and wedding fairs.
-
From your saved venues – Already added a venue to your favourites? You can request a viewing directly from your saved list.
- From the photo gallery – Fall in love with a venue photo? Tap the option to arrange a visit right from the gallery.
No matter where you are in Bridebook, you’ll always see the option to book a Viewing.
Complete your couple profile first 📝
To send a viewing request, your Bridebook couple profile information needs to be completed. This helps the venue know who you are and what you’re looking for.
You’ll need to include:
-
Your names

-
Your ideal wedding date
-
Estimated guest numbers
If something is missing, it will appear in orange, and you won’t be able to send the request

When requesting a visit, you can choose what information the venue shares with you by ticking the boxes that matter most:
-

-
Other – add a custom message to make your request personal
