How to Request a Visit on Bridebook

Visiting a wedding venue in person is one of the most exciting steps when planning your big day. We’ve made booking appointments as simple as possible so you can explore your favourite venues and find “the one” 💍

You can now request a venue visit in just a few easy steps:

On a venue page – Every venue listing has a Visit the Venue section where you can request a private tour or sign up for open days and wedding fairs.

From your saved venues – Already added a venue to your favourites? You can request a visit directly from your saved list.

From the photo gallery – Fallen in love with a venue through a photo? Click the option to arrange a visit directly from the gallery.

No matter where you are on Bridebook, you’ll always see the Book a Visit option.

Complete your couple profile first 📝

To send a visit request, you need to complete your couple profile on Bridebook. This helps the venue get to know you and understand your needs.

You’ll need to provide:

• Your first names

• Email address

• Phone number

• Ideal wedding date

• Approximate number of guests

If any information is missing, it will appear in orange and you won’t be able to send the request.

Tell the venue what you want to know 💌

When requesting a visit, you can choose the information you’d like the venue to provide by checking the boxes that interest you most:

• General information

• Pricing and packages

• Date availability

• Visit availability

• Other – add a personalised message to your request

What happens next?

• The venue receives your request instantly.

• They will contact you to confirm a time slot and provide the information you requested.

• You’ll be ready to explore the venue and imagine celebrating your wedding there! 🥂

🎉 Good to know: There’s no limit! You can request visits to as many venues as you like until you find the perfect one.
