      How to Manage Your Guests on Bridebook

      👥 Managing Your Guest List & Events in Bridebook

      Planning your big day (and everything around it!) is easy with Bridebook. From guest lists to RSVPs and multiple events, here’s how to make the most of the tools available.

      👤 Guest List Tool 

      Manage your guest list from the Planning section on the app or desktop.

      What you can do:

      • Add guests under Partner 1 and Partner 2 to track who’s connected to whom

      • Use the Address Collector to easily gather postal addresses and key details like dietary requirements

      📅 Managing Your Events in Bridebook

      Whether it’s your ceremony, rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch, you can manage all your events directly within Bridebook.

      🔍 To access your events:

      • Go to Planning

      • Select Wedding Website

      • Tap Wedding Details

      • Scroll to Schedule

      • Click Manage My Events

      From here, you can add, edit and organise each celebration in one place.

      👥 Adding guests in bulk

      You can bulk add guests using the Bulk add guest feature, either on the top right on web or bottom of the screen on mobile.

       

      This will allow you to add many guests at once.

      Ensure that you add a new guest on each line, and use an "&" to link them as a couple or family as seen below.

      📥Invitation types

      When inviting your guests, you can select an invitation type to them, this is either All day or Evening.

      • Click your guest and select the event you want to invite them to
      • Below, you will see the invitation type, simply click the one that corresponds to the guest
      • To filter between your Day/Evening guests, simply go to the filter feature in the Overview section
      • Filter guests by: Invites - All day or Invites - Evening only

      With RSVPs enabled, you can:

      • Link your guest list to your website

      • Allow guests to RSVP online

      • Track responses in real time

      📱 Mobile App vs Desktop

      You can access and edit your Guest List and Events from both mobile and desktop.
      However, some features (like RSVP tracking and Wedding Website creation) are best managed on the mobile app for now — with full desktop functionality coming soon!
