How to Request Data Deletion – For Couples

If you’d like to have your personal data permanently deleted from Bridebook, we’re here to help.

Requesting Data Deletion:

• Go to Settings
  Log in to your Bridebook account and navigate to ‘Account Settings’ via your profile menu.

• Click ‘Get Help’
  Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click the ‘Get Help’ button to contact our Support team.

• Submit Your Request
  In your message, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your Bridebook account

• Verification & Processing
  Our team may contact you to verify your identity for security reasons. Once confirmed, your data will be deleted within 30 days in line with GDPR guidelines.

• What Happens Next?

  • Your account and all wedding planning data will be permanently removed

  • You will no longer receive emails or marketing from Bridebook

  • This process is irreversible
