With Bridebook’s new **Guest Communications** feature, you can send messages to everyone on your guest list in just a few  clicks. From RSVP reminders to sharing your wedding website, everything is in one place so you can focus on enjoying the journey to your big day. #### **What can you do with Guest Communications?** With this feature, you can: - **Send messages to all your guests at once** or just to certain groups, such as evening guests. - **Share your wedding website** quickly by including a link in your email. - **Remind guests to RSVP** by targeting only those who have not yet replied. - **Personalise messages** with guest names and links so it feels more special. - **Filter guests by RSVP status or event** to make sure the right people get the right information. - **Write and send emails from both mobile and desktop**, wherever you are. #### How it works: 1. Head to your **Inbox** or use the **Wedding Website/RSVP share flow**. 2. Choose which guests you’d like to message. 3. Select what you’d like to include, such as **RSVP forms**, event details or your wedding website link. 4. Write your message in your own words, then send it with one click. 5.
