Navigating Supplier Shortlisting & Enquiry Limits

These limits are per wedding, so each user attached to a wedding will share the limit; it's not per individual user.

💙 Shortlisting Suppliers: 80 Suppliers

To keep things manageable, we've set a limit on shortlisting. Once you hit 80 suppliers, you won't be able to favorite any more. This limit in overall and includes all categories under one allowance, e.g. 10 venues & 10 photographer, takes away 20 from your allowance.  

What happens if I reach the shortlisting limit?

• Unfavorite outdated choices and mark new favorites for a streamlined selection process.

💌 Enquiries to Suppliers: 60 Suppliers

There's a cap on enquiries too. After reaching out to 60 suppliers in a category, you'll be unable to send more. The enquiry limits apply per supplier category, e.g., 80 for Venues, 80 for Photographers, etc. If you reach the enquiry limit in one supplier category, you can still enquire in other categories.

What happens if I reach the enquiry limit?

• Unfortunately, enquiries cannot be undone, so capacity cannot be increased in this area. However, you can still favorite and contact suppliers directly using the contact information provided.
