[Login Support](https://support.bridebook.com/en/support/troubleshooting?hsLang=en#login-support) # Resolve Login Issues #### Check your login details - Make sure you're using the **correct email address and password**. - **Double-check your login method** (Google, Facebook, Apple ID, or manual email/password login). - If you've forgotten your password, click [**Reset Password**](https://bridebook.com/uk/signup?mode=login) and follow the steps to reset it. - If you don't receive the password reset email, check your **Spam/Junk** folder. #### Refresh and update - If you're using the app, **close and reopen** it. - If you're using a browser, refresh the page. If the issue persists, try a **hard refresh** (Ctrl + F5 on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).  - Make sure you're using the **latest version** of the Bridebook app. #### Browser troubleshooting  If you're still unable to log in, try the following:  - **Clear cache and cookies** to remove any stored data that may be causing the issue.  - **Use Incognito/Private mode** to bypass cached data, cookies, or browser extensions that may be interfering with login or password reset links.  - **Try a different browser** e.g. switch to Chrome if you're using another browser. - **Check your connection** by switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data or trying a different network.  - **Enable pop-ups** as some login methods require them to complete the sign-in process.  ### Still can't log in?
