[Troubleshooting](https://support.bridebook.com/en/support/troubleshooting?hsLang=en) # Troubleshoot Common Bridebook Issues If you're having trouble using Bridebook, try these troubleshooting steps first. Many common issues can be resolved in just a few minutes. - **Check for updates**  —  Make sure, you're using the latest version of the Bridebook app and your device is running the latest available operating system. - **Refresh the app or website** — Close and reopen the Bridebook app or website. Logg out of your account, then log back in. Restart your device. - **Check your internet connection** — Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If you're still having trouble: - **Delete and reinstall** the Bridebook app. - **Clear any cached data** on your device (instructions vary depending on your device, so check your settings). - Try **logging in through your browser** at bridebook.com to see if the issue is app-specific. - Try using a **desktop browser** and opening Bridebook in an **incognito/private browsing** window. #### **Still having problems?** Go to the **[Support tab](https://bridebook.com/uk/contact-us)** and reach out to our customer support team. To help us investigate as quickly as possible, please include: - The email address you use to sign in to Bridebook. - A brief description of the issue. - Your device or browser details (for example, *iPhone 12 running iOS 17.2* or *Chrome on Windows*). - Any error messages you're seeing. - When the issue started and whether it happens every time or only occasionally.
