How to collect guest addresses?

 

The Address Collector in your Bridebook Guest List helps you quickly and securely gather guests’ postal addresses - perfect for sending printed invitations. 

Here are the steps you need: 

  1. Go to your Guest List
    Log into your Bridebook account and open your Guest List from the main menu.

  2. Click ‘Collect Addresses’
    You’ll see a yellow banner at the top of the list that says ‘Request addresses in a snap!’. Click this to generate your unique sharing link and customize your URL. 

     

    🔒Note: Once your URL is created, it can’t be changed—so choose carefully before finalizing it.

  3. Send the link to your guests
    Copy the link and share it via email, text, WhatsApp or however you normally stay in touch.

  4. Guests fill in their information
    When they open the link, guests will be asked to add their name and postal address. It’s private, secure and very quick. It will look like this:

  5. View addresses in your Guest List
    As people respond, their addresses are added automatically to their guest profiles in your list.

  • Add a friendly note when you send the link so guests know what it’s for and feel encouraged to reply.

  • Start collecting early if you're planning on posting invitations, especially to guests who live abroad.

  • You can re-share the link at any time or even add it to your wedding website to reach more people easily.
