# Understanding Testimonials & Reviews
When wedding planning, couples are looking for the perfect suppliers for their important day!
**Testimonials** are reviews from your couples that you can upload on their behalf. We know couples love this information and it plays a key role in sending an enquiry.
**Reviews** are public ratings and written feedback left directly on Bridebook by people who have experienced your service, such as the couple themselves or guests who attended the wedding. They’re essential for building a strong profile score, and prospective couples love reading them when deciding where to enquire. Share your unique review link and watch the 5-star feedback roll in! 🌟
### Why Are Testimonials and Reviews Important?
Reviews are the single biggest deciding factor they turn to, as couples rely on reading real reviews to build their trust on the service they are interested in. Couples on Bridebook tend to read between 6-8 reviews per supplier before deciding whether they are a good fit.
### How Are My Testimonials and Reviews Ordered?
The reviews come first and are displayed in chronological order from the most recent to the oldest. This is due to SEO optimisation on Google.
If you'd like to gather more reviews, share your profile link with the couple or supplier to complete - scroll to 'add a review' Or for UK customers share here: **[bridebook.com/uk/reviews/](http://bridebook.com/uk/reviews)**
