Update Your Pricing Information

Keeping your pricing information up to date helps couples quickly understand whether you’re the right fit for their wedding — and helps you attract higher-quality enquiries from couples who match your budget and offering.

Couples can request pricing information directly from your profile, so it’s important to make sure the details you share are accurate and up-to-date.

💡Why It Matters

Pricing is one of the biggest deciding factors for couples searching for wedding suppliers and venues.

In fact, 72% of couples won’t contact a venue if pricing isn’t available online.

While adding pricing information isn’t mandatory, we strongly recommend keeping it updated because it can:

• Increase trust with couples
• Improve the quality of your leads
• Help you attract couples with the right budget
• Support your profile performance and visibility

The more complete your pricing information is, the easier it is for couples to understand your offering and enquire with confidence.

How to Update Your Pricing Information

To update your pricing details:

1. Go to "Your Profile"
2. Select "Pricing & Brochures"

From here, you can manage both your brochures and pricing information.

For Venues

🗂️ Uploading Pricing Brochures

To upload a pricing brochure:

1. Click "Upload brochure" and select the correct file (PDF; max. file size 15 MB)
2. Mark the brochure as "Pricing brochure"
3. Add an expiry date

We use tagged pricing brochures to help generate pricing estimates for couples, so it’s a great idea to include clear package options and pricing details. This helps couples quickly understand what you offer and whether your venue matches their budget.

💷Adding Pricing Information

To help attract the right couples and improve enquiry quality, we recommend completing the pricing section of your profile.

You can add:

• Price per head — for wedding packages priced per guest
• Total inclusive price — for complete wedding package pricing
• Venue hire — for venue-only hire costs
• In-house catering — if catering is charged separately to venue hire on a per-head basis

Each pricing package includes:

• A price range
• A description field for package details and notes
• Checkbox selections to show what’s included

💲Pricing Categories

You can also select a pricing category to help set expectations for couples:

• Affordable
• Moderate
• Luxury
• Super luxury

These categories support discovery and help couples find suppliers and venues that fit their budget expectations.

Additional Targeting

You may also see additional targeting options within your pricing settings.

These details:

• Are not displayed publicly on your profile
• Help us match you with the most relevant couples
• Can increase your potential conversion rate by improving lead quality

For Suppliers

Suppliers can also update pricing information within the Pricing & Brochures section.

You can add:

• Your price range
• A pricing category
• Any packages you’d like to offer
