What is the Real Weddings feature & how do I use it?

'Real Weddings' on Bridebook is your chance to shine! This feature lets you showcase the beautiful weddings that have taken place at your venue or that you've played a key role in. It’s the perfect way to inspire engaged couples while highlighting your incredible work!

Why should I share a Real Wedding on my profile?

Uploading a Real Wedding does wonders for your profile! Here’s why you’ll love it:

  • Showcase Your Work: Let the world see the stunning weddings you’ve been a part of!
  • Inspire Couples: Help soon-to-be-weds visualise their dream day at your venue or with your services.
  • Boost Your Visibility: The more you share, the higher your profile will rank on Bridebook. More visibility = more bookings!

How do I upload a Real Wedding?

It’s super simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Create a Catchy Title: Give the wedding a fun and descriptive title (up to 50 characters).
  2. Add the Couple’s Names: Share the names of the happy couple (50 characters max).
  3. Link to the Full Wedding Story: Drop a link to your blog, website, or social media where couples can see all the wedding details.
  4. Upload a Stunning Cover Photo: Choose a gorgeous portrait-style photo that captures the essence of the day.
  5. Credit the Photographer: Don’t forget to give a shoutout to the talented photographer who captured all the magic!
  6. Confirm Consent: Make sure you’ve got the thumbs-up from the couple, photographer, and other vendors before hitting ‘Save’

What kind of photo should I upload?

We recommend using a portrait-mode photo that truly captures the beauty and emotion of the wedding day. Make it a showstopper!

What if the photographer isn’t on Bridebook?

No worries! If your photographer isn’t listed, you can easily invite them by clicking the “Get them invited!” link. Let’s get everyone in on the fun!
Alternatively, you can still continue with uploading your Real Wedding without linking the photographer.

What are the terms and conditions for sharing a Real Wedding?

When you share a Real Wedding:

  • You confirm that everyone involved (the couple, photographer, and any other suppliers) has approved having their work and details shared on Bridebook.

What happens after I upload a Real Wedding?
