Can I be in more than one category?

At Bridebook, our goal is to make wedding planning as simple and stress-free as possible for couples. To keep things clear and organised, each supplier can currently select ONE category to represent their business.

By focusing on the category that best reflects your services, couples can:

• Clearly understand what you specialise in.

• Connect with you for the services where you truly shine.

When setting up your profile, you can select from the following categories:

• Photography

• Florist

• Videography

• Caterers

• Dresses

• Music & Entertainment

• Cakes

• Stationery

• Hair & Beauty

• Suits

• Jewellers

• Transport

• Decor & Hire

• Planners & Celebrants

• Marquees

💡Top Tip: If your business offers multiple services, select the category that generates the most enquiries or bookings. You can still highlight your additional services in your profile description, photos, and messaging.

How can I amend the category I'm in?

All you need to do is go over to the support tab. Leave us a message including your Bridebook Business login email, the name of your business, and the category you have in mind. 

Once we receive your request, one of our team members will work on the issue and get your profile moved to the right supplier category. Although we will be assisting asap, please keep in mind that this change may take up to 14 days to go into effect.⌛
