Downgrading your SupplierPro membership will affect how visible and discoverable your business is on Bridebook.

  • Special Offers – Share Bridebook-only discounts to help encourage enquiries.
  • Auto Response Templates – Save time with up to 2 automated response templates.
  • Reveal Couples’ Phone Numbers – Access additional contact details where available.
  • Improved visibility – Maintain a stronger presence within Bridebook’s curated marketplace.
  • More ways to convert enquiries – Use profile, targeting and messaging tools to support your sales process.

Requesting a Downgrade

To request a downgrade, please contact our Customer Service team. They will review your request, guide you through the next steps, and refer your request to the relevant team if needed.

Important Renewal Reminder

Please note: You must request your downgrade at least 20 working days before your next renewal date. Requests made after this point cannot be processed until your following renewal period, in line with your contractual terms.
