How can I change my login email?

Navigate to your Bridebook Business profile and look for the icon in the bottom left-hand corner. It should display your name and membership type. Once found, please click on it and enter "Your Account". 🌟 Here, you should be able to see an option called 'Change your Account Email'. 💎

As a tip, we recommend using a wedding-focused email address (like weddings@ or events@) so that multiple team members can easily access the account if needed.

If you find yourself mixed in with multiple email addresses or unable to access the email address you're trying to change, please contact us via the support tab and our team will reset your login details for you. 🧙📧✨
