How do I reply to enquiries?

Using the 'Messages' feature inside your 'Enquiries' should be prioritised as couples prefer to keep everything organised within their Bridebook App!

If you'd like to take things a step further, Bridebook also offers tools to help you impress couples with bespoke, automated templates. These can be tailored to include each couple’s unique details - such as their proposed wedding date, guest count, and their names.

You can also attach your business brochure or a sample wedding menu directly to your messages, making it easy to showcase what you offer in a beautifully professional way! 

If you want to reply externally, just copy-paste the couple's email address from your enquiries page and email them directly on your personal email platform. 

The 'Track progress' tool can also help you stay on top of each enquiry, as they may be difficult to manage as numbers increase.
