      If you're having trouble uploading photos to Bridebook, it's usually due to the file size or format. Don't worry, we have a few tips to help you resolve the issue quickly:

      A common cause for upload issues is the image format or file size. Here’s what your photos should meet:

      • They must be in JPEG or PNG format

      • The file size should be under 5 MB

      • Your photos should be at least 600 pixels wide and no larger than 5 MB

      📌 Tip: Make sure your images are not too large and not too small. Photos that are too large may block the upload, while very small images may not display well on the platform.

      🔄 2. Upload photos one by one

      Sometimes, the upload works better when you upload individual photos, rather than all at once. This saves time and prevents issues, especially if the internet connection isn’t very stable.
