I am unable to upload my photos, what can I do?
If you're having trouble uploading your photos, don't worry, we've got some tips for you! 📸
We recommend using the Google Chrome for this task as it is most compatible with Bridebook. Please give it a try and see whether you can upload successfully after swapping browsers.
Please check the following about your images:
- JPEG or PNG format
- less than 5MB in size
- at least 600 pixels wide.
Here are also a few other troubleshooting options:
- Try uploading the photos one by one
- You can also open an Incognito, InPrivate, or Private Browser window and visit business.bridebook.com to attempt the upload again. Sometimes, incognito does the trick!
