My Profile Isn't Coming Up in the Search?

Check the basics! 📋

Before diving deeper, make sure you are in the correct region and double‑check that your business address is accurate on your Bridebook Business account.

You can find and update this under Your Profile in your Business dashboard.

Logged‑in vs. logged‑out views 💻

Depending on whether you’re viewing Bridebook profile from a logged out couple-side account or a logged‑in couple-side account, the search results and profile visibility may look slightly different. This is completely normal - each view is tailored to the user type and may prioritise different content.
