Reviews That May Be Eligible for Investigation
The following types of reviews may be reviewed further by our team:

Reviews containing racism, sexism, homophobia, discriminatory language, or other offensive remarks. - ⚠️ Threatening or Harassing Content
Threats, bullying, intimidation, or harassment directed toward individuals or businesses. - ⚖️ Reviews Related to Legal Disputes
Reviews connected to ongoing legal proceedings or disputes (subject to verification). - 🔍 Fake, Fraudulent, or Spam Reviews
Duplicate reviews, conflicts of interest, misleading content, or confirmed fraudulent activity. - 💍 Reviews Outside the Platform’s Purpose
Reviews from users who were not actively planning a wedding or did not genuinely engage with the supplier or venue when challenged.
Responding to feedback professionally not only helps build trust with couples, but also demonstrates that you take concerns seriously and are committed to providing a positive experience.
