Why does my page say: 'failed to fetch' when I try to log in?

If you've stumbled upon this error message, it means that your internal internet spam filter is overworking itself.

Please reach out to a member of your IT team and ask them to check the issue. They should be able to help break down those firewall barriers. 

Please note: Bridebook has bid farewell to Internet Explorer as it is no longer the safest option for your data or ours. Even Microsoft's security chief gave it the thumbs-down back in 2019. Please use Edge or Firefox instead if staying with Microsoft browsers and Bridebook will run perfectly. 

For the most optimised Bridebook Business experience, we highly recommend using Google Chrome.
