My enquiries to venues/suppliers aren't going through, what do I do?
If you think your enquiries aren’t landing, try these quick checks:

📬 Check your email inbox — look for replies from venues/suppliers or confirmation emails showing your enquiry was sent.

📂 Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes responses can land there by mistake.

🔄 Refresh the Bridebook app or your browser — a quick refresh can help sync recent activity.

📱 Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Bridebook app or an up-to-date browser if you’re on desktop.

🌐 Check your internet connection — try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
