What is the difference between testimonials and reviews?

Both testimonials and reviews reflect feedback from couples, but they’re collected and displayed differently on your Bridebook profile.

Testimonials are experiences shared by clients via emails, letters, or other platforms, which you then add manually to your Bridebook profile. These are curated entries that contribute to your profile score.

Reviews are posted directly by couples, their family, or friends through a special Bridebook link. These are unfiltered and go straight to your profile, where they contribute to your star rating or review score. 🌟💑

In your admin view, testimonials and reviews are managed separately, but on your public profile, they appear together. However, only reviews count toward your star rating, while testimonials affect your overall profile score.
