Deactivate my 'Novice' Bridebook account
To deactivate your account, follow these step-by-step instructions:
Attention paid subscription members: Please remember to contact your Account Manager as per contractual terms and conditions. Click HERE for instructions.
- Go to the support tab on our website or app.
- Send us a message indicating that you'd like to deactivate your account.
- Make sure to include your login email and the name of your business in the message.
- Once we receive your message, one of our dedicated team members will promptly assist you with the deactivation process.
