Deactivate My Bridebook Account

To deactivate your account, follow these step-by-step instructions:

Go to the support tab on our website or app.
  1. Send us a message indicating that you'd like to deactivate your account.
  2. Make sure to include your login email and the name of your business in the message.
  3. Once we receive your message, one of our dedicated team members will promptly assist you with the deactivation process.

⚠️ For paid subscription members: As per your contractual terms, you cannot  deactivate your account while your subscription is active. You will first need to request a downgrade.
