How to use Showround Scheduler

Showround Scheduler is designed to be simple to use. Couples request a showround directly from your Bridebook profile. Nothing is automatically confirmed, so you remain in full control at each step.
 

Step 1 - Set your availability

  • Choose the days and times when you are happy to host showrounds
  • Add a minimum notice period so last-minute requests do not catch your team off guard
  • Create recurring slots if you usually run showrounds on the same days each week
  • Prefer not to set fixed slots? You can keep your calendar open and simply approve or decline requests as they arrive
 
 

Step 2 - Pre-screen requests

  • Add your own custom questions, such as budget, guest numbers, or preferred dates
  • Couples answer these before sending a request, so you know if they are a good fit for your venue
  • This saves time and helps reduce unsuitable showrounds
 
 

Step 3 - Approve or decline
