Fix a Collaboration Email Issue

If your colleague hasn't received their collaboration invitation, here are a few things to check:

1. Confirm the Email Address

First, make sure you've entered your colleague's email address correctly. Even a small typo can prevent the invitation from being delivered.

2. Check All Email Folders

If the email address is correct, ask your colleague to check all email folders, including:

  • Junk or Spam
  • Promotions
  • Updates
  • Any other filtered inbox folders

Sometimes invitation emails can be redirected by email providers.

3. Contact Support
