Why am I seeing the Bridebook.co.uk 'couple side'?

If you've ended up on the 'couple side,' it likely means you've created a 'couple' account.

To switch and access the Business portal, simply head over to business.bridebook.com and log in there. 

However, if you're sure you're logging in via the business portal and still find yourself landing on the 'couple side,' it's possible that your business login is getting confused with the couple side account. 

To resolve this, you can try deleting your couple account in the App.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Open your app 
  2. Head to the 'Planning' section of our app
  3. Click on the settings icon top right hand corner
  4. Scroll all the way down and click ‘Delete account’ 
  5. Read the instructions and type ‘DELETE’ as displayed in the box (must be all capitals) 
  6. Press the red ‘Yes, delete account’ button at the bottom 
  7. Your account will be deleted 
  8. You will be removed from our mailing list after 48 hours
