Auto Follow-ups for Message Templates!

Auto Follow-ups allows you to schedule an automatic follow-up message to any couple who has not responded to you.

We are so glad that so many of you have given us great feedback about our recently introduced Message Templates. We appreciate that responding to couples is very time-consuming, so are constantly trying to make this process easier and better for you.

Today, we are thrilled to bring you another Quick Actions feature that will save you even more time.

Auto Follow-ups allows you to schedule an automatic follow-up message to any couple who has not responded to you.

This allows you to easily spot the warm leads from the cold ones. 

Re-engage couples automatically in 2 clicks

We wanted to make it super easy for you to schedule follow-up messages. You will now find a new menu right next to the Message Templates, called "Auto follow-up".

1. Click on "Auto follow-up" to open the list of your follow-ups

2. Choose one of your follow-up templates

Here you can see a list of your pre-defined follow-up templates. Each of them has a time delay after which it will be sent.

If a couple responds within the timeframe specified, the auto follow-up you originally scheduled will not be sent to the couple, so that you can reply with a different message.

3. That's it! Your follow-up is already scheduled to be sent

In this example, if the couple doesn't reply, the message will be sent after 3 days at the same time when you scheduled it.

If you change your mind you can always choose to cancel your scheduled message.

4. Follow-up message is sent

It looks like any other message so the couple will not realise it was automatically sent.
The couple will receive an email and an in-app push notification.

How to create an Auto Follow-up Template:

Click "Manage follow-ups" under the list of your follow-ups or choose Enquiry settings  in Your Enquiries page.

You will see a list of your previously created auto follow-ups. To add a new one, click on the green "Add" button.

You will see a form very similar to the one in a regular Message Template. In this case though, you have to define the number of days after which a follow-up will be sent.

You can optionally choose to automatically send messages only on business days (Monday to Friday).
