Showround Scheduler for Venues
The Showround Scheduler is a built-in booking tool in Bridebook that helps you manage your venue showrounds more efficiently. Instead of juggling enquiries and manual diary updates, you can set availability, collect key details in advance, confirm bookings, and track attendance, all in one place.
Below is a step-by-step guide to setting up and using the Scheduler.
1. Set Your Availability

Go to your Bridebook profile.

Open the Showround Scheduler settings.

Add the days and times you’re available for showrounds.

Only the slots you choose will be visible to couples.

Update or adjust your availability at any time.

Choose longer showround durations (up to 120 minutes)

Add availability at any time of day, thanks to the new 24-hour calendar range

Support later viewings (e.g., 8:30–9pm) or unique schedules that suit your venue

🗓️ View & Remove Individual Viewing Slots
You can now use the “Show slots” toggle to see every individual viewing slot within your availability blocks and adjust them with precision.
What’s new

Turn on “Show slots” to display all individual slots inside an availability block.

Remove a single slot or an entire block, either for just the current week or for all future weeks.

Any removed slots are automatically recorded as exceptions in your availability settings.

3. Share Your Booking Link
Couples can book through:

This reduces back-and-forth and encourages faster conversions.
4. Manage Requests
When a couple submits a viewing request, it appears in your dashboard.
You can:

Approve the booking

Decline the request if the couple isn’t the right fit

Add a message for clarification when needed
Approved bookings populate your Showround Scheduler automatically.
5. Automated Reminders

Couples will receive SMS reminders before their showround.

This helps reduce no-shows and ensures they arrive prepared.
6. Track All Showrounds in One Place

View all upcoming showrounds in your Bridebook dashboard.

Add bookings manually if they were arranged outside of the scheduler, so nothing gets missed.

Import Couples Directly from the Showround Page
We’ve made it much easier for venues to schedule a showround with couples who are not yet in Bridebook.
What’s new

Venues can now import a couple directly while setting up a showround — without leaving the Scheduler.

The import form now requires a phone number.

Once saved, the couple is automatically created in Couples Manager and immediately linked to the showround event.
Why this matters

Many venues want to record all their showrounds in Bridebook, including those with non-Bridebook couples.

Previously, venues had to import the couple in Couples Manager first, then return to the Scheduler to create the event.

Now the entire process can be completed directly from the Scheduler — faster and simpler.

Showround Attendance Tracking
Venues can now record:

Whether the couple attended their showround
-
How likely the couple is to book (5-point scale)
This feature helps you identify no-show patterns early and understand which couples have strong intent.

How it works

The modal appears 15 minutes after the scheduled start time

It is always editable, so you can correct mis-clicks or update your assessment later
This gives Bridebook the first reliable data set on attendance and booking likelihood.
Delete Scheduled Events
If a couple cancels or a showround becomes irrelevant, you can now delete the event entirely.
