Getting Started

Step 1: Set Your Availability

Go to the Showround Scheduler settings within your Bridebook account.

From here you can:

Only the availability you choose will be visible to couples.

Step 2: Add Pre-Screening Questions

Step 4: Review Booking Requests

When a couple requests a showround, you'll receive the request in Bridebook.

Managing Your Calendar

View Individual Slots

Use the Show Slots toggle to view every individual viewing slot within your availability blocks.

This allows you to:

• Remove a single slot
• Remove an entire availability block
• Apply changes to one week or all future weeks

Removed slots are automatically saved as availability exceptions.

Add Manual Bookings

You can manually add showrounds arranged outside Bridebook, ensuring all appointments are recorded in one place.

This keeps your diary complete and up to date.

Import Couples 

If a couple isn't already in Bridebook, you can create them directly from the Showround Scheduler.

Simply:

1. Add the couple's details, including a phone number.
2. Save the record.
3. The couple will automatically be added to Couples Manager and linked to the showround.

This makes it easier to track all viewings, regardless of where the enquiry originated.

Delete Scheduled Events

If a viewing is cancelled or no longer relevant, you can delete it directly from the Scheduler.

This helps:

• Keep your calendar organised
• Remove outdated appointments
• Maintain an accurate record of active showrounds

Bridebook automatically stores the necessary cancellation information in the background.

Attendance Tracking

After a showround takes place, you can record:

• Whether the couple attended
• Their likelihood of booking (using a 5-point scale)

This information can help you:

• Identify no-show trends
• Track engagement levels
• Prioritise follow-up activity
