      How to organise your Wedding Events & Guests with Bridebook

      📅 How to Manage Your Events in Bridebook

      Planning multiple celebrations? Whether it’s your ceremony, a welcome dinner or a post-wedding brunch, you can manage all your events directly from the Wedding Website section in Bridebook or from your Guest List directly!

      🔍 How to Access Your Events from the Wedding Website

      To find and manage your events:

      1. Go to Planning

      2. Select Wedding Website

      3. Click into Wedding Details

      4. Scroll down to the Schedule section

      5. Tap Manage My Events (in blue)

      Once you're in the Events section, you’ll see the option to Add Event.

      🔍 How to Access Your Events from the Guest List

      To find and manage your events from the guest list:

      1. Go to Planning

      2. Select Guest List

      3. At the top, select Events

      4. Here you can Add event, as well as view current events

      📥Invitation types

      When inviting your guests, you can select an invitation type to them, this is either All day or Evening.

      • Click your guest and select the event you want to invite them to
      • Below, you will see the invitation type, simply click the one that corresponds to the guest
      • To filter between your Day/Evening guests, simply go to the filter feature in the Overview section
      • Filter guests by: Invites - All day or Invites - Evening only

      ➕ Creating a New Event

      When adding a new event, you’ll be asked to:

      • Choose an event type

      • Name your event (for example, Morning Reception, Mehndi Ceremony or Farewell Brunch)

      • Add a date

      • Select a venue

        • Please note: a venue is required in order to create an event

        • You can now create custom locations, such as "At Home", manually within the Booked section. Custom venues are now supported in Bridebook.

      ✍️ Optional Details

      You can also include:

      • Start and end times

      • A description, which could include a breakdown of the timeline or any extra details

      • Choose whether to make the event visible to guests on your Wedding Website

      ✨ Good to Know

      • There is no limit to the number of events you can add

      • Ideal for pre-wedding gatherings, multi-day celebrations and post-wedding events such as a farewell breakfast before your honeymoon

      • Everything can be tailored to suit your plans💍
