How do I know my enquiry to a venue/supplier has been sent?
If you've embarked on the journey to turn your dream wedding into reality by sending that crucial enquiry to your ideal venue or supplier, you're making great progress with your planning.✉️📤📭📩
To confirm that your enquiry to a venue/supplier has been successfully sent, simply head over to the message tab. Once there, you'll notice a tick ✔️and timestamp at the bottom left corner of the message. This indicates that your message has been delivered and logged to the venue. ✉️📭
Not seeing a tick or timestamp?
Don’t worry — try these quick fixes:

Refresh the Bridebook app or your browser.

Make sure your internet connection is stable.

Double-check you’re using the latest version of the app (or an up-to-date browser on desktop).

Log out and back in again.
If you’ve tried these steps and your message still isn’t showing as sent, head to the Support tab and share:

Whether you were using the app or a browser (and which device)

A quick description of what happens when you send the message
