My app has suddenly stopped working, what do I do?

Don’t panic! This can usually be fixed with a few quick steps. Try the following:

  • Close and reopen the app.

  • Restart your device.

  • Make sure your Bridebook app is updated to the latest version.

  • Double-check your device’s software is also up to date.

  • Check your internet connection (switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test).

If the issue continues:

  • Delete and reinstall the Bridebook app.

  • Try logging in via your browser at bridebook.co.uk to see if the issue is app-specific.

  • Clear any cached data on your device (instructions vary by device, so check your settings).
