My Bridebook is not displaying entirely in the correct language?

We're happy to help our international couples by translating various many details on Bridebook, such as venue names and locations. Sometimes, though, venue-specific information added by the venues themselves may appear in the local language and not change.

We understand the inconvenience, and we apologize for any difficulties this may cause - this is something we are working on fixing. In the meantime, you can try using your browser's translation feature. It's like having a handy language tool right there when you need it! 🌎

Using your browser's language translation feature is typically straightforward. Here's a general guide on how to do it:

  1. Open the Webpage: First, navigate to the webpage you want to translate.

  2. Look for Translation Option: Most modern browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, offer built-in translation features. Look for an option that indicates translation. In Chrome, for example, this often appears as a prompt at the top of the page when the browser detects a language different from your default setting.

  3. Click on Translate: If the browser doesn't automatically offer translation, you can usually find the option by right-clicking anywhere on the webpage. Look for something like "Translate" or "Translate to [your default language]."

  4. Select Language: Once you click on the translation option, the browser will usually display a dropdown menu where you can select the language you want the webpage to be translated into.

  5. View Translated Page: After selecting the desired language, the browser will translate the webpage's content. You can then read the translated content directly on the same page.

  6. Toggle Translation On/Off: Some browsers may allow you to toggle translation on and off. If you want to revert to the original language, you can typically find an option to do so within the browser's settings or toolbar.

  7. Settings: You may also have the option to customize translation settings, such as always translating pages in a specific language or excluding certain websites from translation.

Remember that the exact steps may vary slightly depending on the browser and its version. Additionally, if you're using a mobile browser, the translation feature may be accessed through similar steps, but the interface might look slightly different.
