My Bridebook Isn't Working!
If Bridebook isn’t working as expected, don’t panic! Most issues can be resolved with a few quick troubleshooting steps.
Try the following first:
- Make sure your Bridebook app is updated to the latest version.
- Check that your device’s software is up to date.
- Close and reopen the app (or website).
- Log out and back in again.
- Restart your device.
- Check your internet connection by switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
If you're still having trouble:
- Delete and reinstall the Bridebook app.
- Clear any cached data on your device (instructions vary depending on your device, so check your settings).
- Try logging in through your browser at bridebook.co.uk to see if the issue is app-specific.
- Try using a desktop browser and opening Bridebook in an incognito/private browsing window.

- Screenshots or a short screen recording, if possible
