My Bridebook isn't working!

If Bridebook isn’t working as expected, try these quick fixes first:

  • Update the app to the latest version.

  • Make sure your device’s software is up to date.

  • Close and reopen the app.

  • Log out and back in.

  • Restart your device.

  • Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

Still having problems?

  1. Go to the Support Tab.

  2. Share:

    • Your login email

    • A short description of the issue

    • Your device/browser details (e.g. iPhone 12 with iOS 17.2, or Chrome on desktop)

    • The exact error message (if you see one)

    • When the issue started, and whether it happens every time or only sometimes

  3. If possible, attach screenshots or a short screen recording.
