If your Bridebook isn't working, start with a little DIY:
- Make sure your app is updated to the newest version.
- Double-check that your device's software is also up-to-date.
If the issue persists:
- Pop over to our Support Tab
- Drop us your login email, a rundown of what's happening, and your device or browser details (for example, an iPhone 12 with iOS 17.2, or desktop with Chrome).
- Where relevant, include some screen recordings or screenshots to show us what's going on.
- Our Bridebook experts will then get to work to investigate and fix the issue.
