My Bridebook isn't working!
If Bridebook isn’t working as expected, try these quick fixes first:

Update the app to the latest version.

Make sure your device’s software is up to date.

Close and reopen the app.

Log out and back in.

Restart your device.

Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

The exact error message (if you see one)

When the issue started, and whether it happens every time or only sometimes
