My colleague isn't receiving a collaboration email

The first step is to double-check that you've entered the correct email address for your colleague. Sometimes, a small typo can lead to lot of confusion.

If the email address is correct but the collaboration invitation seems to have gone on an adventure of its own, kindly ask your colleague to check all their email folders, especially the "junk" and other alternative ones.
