Error message when logging in
If you're having trouble logging in and see an error message, try using Google Chrome to access your Bridebook profile first. It often fixes these issues.
If the error message persists, head to our Support tab and send us a message. Include your login email, business name, and if you can, describe the error or send a screenshot. Our team will help you get back into your account as soon as possible.
I'm seeing an error message, what does it mean?
Please note: Bridebook is no longer compatible with Internet Explorer, as it's not the safest option for data privacy. Even Microsoft's security chief gave it the thumbs-down back in 2019. So, if you need to use a Microsoft browser, Edge or Firefox are recommended instead.
