Managing Your Enquiries
How do I access my enquiries?
When you login to your account, on the left menu you should be able to find 'Couples Manager' in this you will see all the couples who have enquired.
You will also get sent a notification into your email Inbox. In your emails, there should be a 'View enquiry' button that takes you directly to your Bridebook enquiries.
Once you're in the Couples Manager, just select the enquiry in question and you will be able to see the couples' details.

How am I notified when I receive an enquiry?
Each time a couple sends you an enquiry through Bridebook, you'll receive it directly in your own inbox! All you have to do is click the 'View Enquiry' button in the email.
Want to update your enquiry email address?
Click 'Your profile' and navigate to the 'Contact Details' section. There you should be able to update your details.
Do I have to pay for enquiries?
Can I export enquiries from my account?
To export your enquiries, head over to your Couples Manager and look for the 'Export' button in the top right-hand corner. You should then be able to find the CSV or Excel file in your downloads folder.
Can I delete enquiries?
Unfortunately we are unable to delete enquiries within the Couples Manager. However, you are able to manage them by marking them as 'booked' or 'lost' and then filtering the results.
Can I opt out of Couples Manager?
Unfortunately there is no current option to opt out of the Enquiries Manager function.

Why am I receiving enquires in another language?
You may have noticed some enquiries coming in different languages - Bridebook is expanding globally! We're working to make communication smoother for everyone and exploring ways to break down language barriers so every couple feels heard.
In the meantime, feel free to use online or browser-based translation tools to help facilitate conversations. It’s up to you to let couples know what you’re able to support.
How can I opt out of global search or enquiries?
Currently, there is no option to opt out of global couple enquiries. However, we are actively working on implementing this feature, which will be available soon. In the meantime, we suggest exploring all the benefits Bridebook has to offer.
If you receive enquiries from couples you cannot accommodate, we recommend managing their expectations by replying accordingly.
We aren't receiving enquiry notification emails?
Please check your inbox, especially the junk or alternative folders as emails sometimes get misplaced.
Then, just to make sure all information is correct, please login to your Bridebook account at business.bridebook.com and click on 'Your profile'. There, you can double-check that the entered enquiry email is correct in your contact details.

No response to enquiries?
One of the most common reasons is that the emails have gone into the couples' junk or spam folders. There is also the possibility that they've gone ahead with a different supplier and stopped communications.
However, for cases where this doesn't apply, we recommend using an email tracker. It helps you confirm whether your emails have been delivered and opened.
All Bridebook couples are certified, this means that they've all validated their emails when signing up, so we can guarantee that they are real people and not just digital ghosts. 💌
