Does it seem like you are not getting responses from couples?
One of the most common reasons is that the emails have gone into the couples' junk or spam folders. There is also the possibility that they've gone ahead with a different supplier and stopped communications.
However, for cases where this doesn't apply, we recommend using an email tracker. It helps you confirm whether your emails have been delivered and opened.
You can rest assured however as all Bridebook couples are certified. This means that they've all validated their emails when signing up, so we can guarantee that they are real people and not just digital ghosts. 💌
