I Can't Log In, Help!
Having trouble with your login? No worries, simply follow our step-by-step guide:
- Check if your login details are correct
- If you are using the app, close and reopen it. For desktop, try a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5)
- Make sure your Bridebook app is up to date with the latest version
- Double-check your login method (Google, Facebook, AppleID or manual email address)
- Click 'forgot password' and follow the steps to reset
Still having trouble logging in? Try it on a browser and try the below steps:
- Clear cache & cookies: Go to your browser setting and clear any stored cache or cookies
- Try Incognito mode: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Switch browsers: If the issue persists try logging in with a different browser, like Chrome for example
- Check connection and updates: Ensure your internet connection is stable and the your browser is up to date
- Enable pop-ups: Make sure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups, as these may be required for login
If you’ve tried all of the above and are still unable to access your account, please visit the Support tab and send us:
- Your Bridebook login email
- How you normally log in (Google, Facebook, or email)
- Your device/browser details (e.g. iPhone 13 with iOS 17.3, or Chrome on Windows 11)
- A quick description of what happens when you try to log in
- Screenshots or a short screen recording, if possible
