I'm Having Issues Logging In

Having trouble logging in? No worries! Follow our step-by-step guide below:

Make sure you're using the correct email address and password.
Double-check your login method (Google, Facebook, Apple ID, or manual email/password login).
If needed, click Forgot Password and follow the steps to reset your password.
If you don't receive the password reset email, check your Spam/Junk folder, as it can sometimes end up there.

If you're still having trouble, try logging in through a browser and follow these additional steps:

Clear cache and cookies: Remove stored browser data that may be causing issues.
Use Incognito/Private mode: Press Ctrl + Shift + N in Chrome. This can help bypass issues caused by stored data, cookies, cache, or browser extensions, and is particularly useful if password reset links aren't working.
Try a different browser: For example, switch to Chrome if you're using another browser.
Check your connection and updates: Make sure your internet connection is stable and your browser is up to date.
Enable pop-ups: Some login methods may require pop-ups to be allowed.
